Great family run hotel with cordial staff. Incredible and enjoyable breakfast choice with great coffee, salad, fresh juice. Magnificent location of the property next to a supermarket. Based very close to a good bus service into the centre of town, and the center of Edinborough.

Stayed in fashionable twin room with large windows. The venue was in a central location just off the main attractions, where parking is a problem as well as many dining options for dinner.

The hotel was located near many dining options, the Emerald and the main attractions, where parking is a problem. Everyone was very very nice as well as owner. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a wide array of goodies. It was as expected, had a really really nice stay for 2 nights over New Year.

The hotel was comfortable, and I greatly enjoyed affable staff and compact room. Booked a room with large windows. The breakfast was enjoyable, there was a huge variety of food to chose from. The provided service was exceptional! The location was excellent and particularly good for traveling around Edinburgh, very close to gardens in front and back. Plus, it was close enough to Drum Park.

We had a wonderful time in this great family run hotel in Edinburgh. The room was compact with wonderful puffy pillows and the staff very-very nice. Having a shower and a hair dryer was a bonus.
